Premium Bandai has announced the release of the MG 1/100 Zeta Plus in its Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn Re:0096 colors and specifications. This highly anticipated model kit features shared molds with the regularly released MG 1/100 Zeta Plus A1 ver. and includes a brand-new beam rifle similar to the one used by the ReZEL.

Additionally, the kit comes with a newly molded headpiece, allowing for conversion into the A2 type. The Zeta Plus is fully transformable, seamlessly converting into its waverider mode.

In U.C. 0096, several Zeta Plus A1 units remained in service, with some deployed at Earth Federation ground bases, such as the Cheyenne base. During an investigation led by Bright Noa, two Zeta Plus A1s stationed at the Cheyenne base were immobilized by the Tri-Stars Team's RGM-96X Jestas and RGM-96X Jesta Cannon.
